Customer was directed to wrong support when calling

Why did this happen? They were directed to Atlas instead of Adelman where the reservation was made.

    we replaced the phone number in the email confirmation with the url to the customer's support page so the customer will always have the generated pin number when they call

    we are about to launch the new mobile app which has the correct phone number on the support page

    This case was directed from the number at the bottom of the email.
