when a user needs to call an agent to book, the agent doesn't have any information about the trip, contact info, or credit cards to use

"When I call Support for a flight that isn’t currently booked, they tell me they cannot help me unless it is for an existing booking…this is very frustrating" - user

"May I suggest that Maybe they can book a reservation and place it on ‘hold’ then have them call our agency for agent support with the record locator so we can make the necessary changes. This way their contact info, credit card, etc., is already in the record"
